“Second Chance, or is there?”

Now Casting for the “Guardian Of The Gate”

Sci-Fi broadcast feature

When we die, we all go somewhere. But what if we arrive before the “Guardian of the Gate”? We don’t know whether the entity is good, evil, or indifferent. What we do know is that the Guardian is powerful. The Guardian can send the deceased back to their previous life, allow them to pass on to the next world, or send them to a different life that may or may not match their expectations. What if we are returned to a world where demons, vampires, werewolves, dybbuks, golems, and even stranger things not only exist but are the regular inhabitants of this world? What if that makes us hunted, used, experimented on, or turns us into one of them? This is the story of the “Guardian of the Gate”.

Are you tired of auditions that tell you nothing and rarely get you cast? Even if you’re cast in a role that’s imposed on you, with no say in its development, ActingSOS offers a different experience. All roles are written for the actors because they are part of the most unique program you will find. Actors never pay anything but always have roles crafted specifically for them. They have input on what the role will be and even who they work with. Actors and crew split 100% of all profits, with no salaries paid to anyone else. Films are shot in 4K and professionally edited. The best part is, SOS Movie Studio distributes the films on a worldwide streaming site behind a paywall. Audiences can watch the films either on pay-per-view or via subscription, with the earnings split among cast and crew every month.

We know that life these days is very complex, and it is often impossible to find the time to build an acting career, but we do everything we can to work around the actor’s schedule. Films are shot in a segmented fashion, so the size of your role depends on how often you can find at least one 9-hour day to shoot. We keep the cast small and shoot around the actors’ schedules. Just have one day to shoot, then we will write you a great scene that can be finished in one 9-hour day. Have more than that, and you may end up with a supporting or even leading role. Looking to create an entire portfolio of films from different directors and production companies, we can make that happen as well.

There is no question that our founders are very careful with how they spend their money. That means we produce content and films that focus on a great story, great acting, and clean, professional movies that can and will go to market. We do, however, constantly look for ways to cut costs without cutting quality. That means we use the studio in our producer’s home for rehearsals, training, and even some shoots. We don’t have a phony ego that forces us to spend thousands on a studio or office space when we have access to a 4,000-square-foot home with a large backyard, a 12-foot deep swimming pool, and several empty rooms. We cultivate lots of resources and save everything we can from movie to movie.

It’s free and professional, but it’s not a place to take lightly. We give every actor who is at least 18 years old a chance to join our program. If you don’t show up and don’t cancel, you won’t be able to join. We are strict about this because our founder’s main goal is to improve the somewhat tarnished image of actors and filmmakers in Las Vegas who never show up. This actually causes some national casting decision makers to refuse submissions from Las Vegas.

How can you be cast without an audition? Well, let’s get real. You can’t. We, however, have an acting coach with 45 years in the industry who has taught hundreds of actors, and he is willing to take a chance and work with you at no cost for as long as it takes to make sure your talents are marketable. He dedicates most of his waking hours to helping actors and offers 50+ slots a week that you can schedule to work on your skills and your movie. No mandatory rehearsal or class schedule. You just book each week as needed in the slot that works with your schedule that week. If your skills are already marketable, then we make the movie; if not, then we work on them until they are. We do this within the movie script that is written for you, which at this point is a scene where you are brought before the Guardian. Like learning to swim, we don’t work with you out of a book or with exercises because if we throw you in the pool, you will drown. We get down in the pool with you, so to speak, until you are swimming, or in our case, performing like a pro, then we make the movie.

So why wait? Please join today and come in for a quick orientation, where you can ask any questions you like. We will detail the program and our films fully, and you can start rehearsing as soon as you are ready.
